Mrs. Aishwarya Sezhian – Founder
Aishwarya holds dual Master’s degrees in Special Education and Social Work and is RCI-accredited. With a strong passion for research and alternative education, she has presented and published papers at national and international conferences. She has explored Drama, Play, and Animal-Assisted Therapy to support children with special needs. Aishwarya specializes in teacher training and parent counseling and believes that teaching is a continuous learning process. She is based in Hyderabad, India.
Mrs. Nihmath Manzoor – Coordinator
With a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Nihmath found her true calling in early childhood education. As an experienced kindergarten teacher, she incorporates creative teaching strategies to make learning engaging for young children. She has expertise in online teaching, content creation, and educational video production. Passionate and dedicated, she strives to create meaningful learning experiences. Nihmath is based in Doha, Qatar.
Ms. Gazala Afreen – Special Educator
Gazala Afreen is a passionate educator with expertise in Special Education and Early Childhood Learning. She holds a Special B.Ed. in Intellectual Disability and has experience as both a UKG class teacher and an online instructor. She specializes in systematic synthetic phonics, interactive storytelling, assessments (FACP, GLAD), and creating engaging teaching aids. With a strong dedication to individualized learning, she strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment that nurtures every child’s growth. Gazala is based in Hyderabad, India.
